Who handles inquiries
Dillingham Capital LLC uses the details you choose to share to respond to consulting, partnership, or other business inquiries. Contact aaron@dillinghamcapital.com with questions or a deletion request.
The inquiry form
Online submission is not enabled. The form prepares a draft addressed to Aaron in your email app, or copies your prepared message to your clipboard when you choose that action. The website does not send the inquiry, save it to a database, or store it in local storage. Details remain in this page's temporary state until you leave or reload.
When you send an email, your email provider and the receiving mailbox handle and retain it. The website does not impose an automatic deletion schedule on either mailbox.
Marketing choices
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This site has no newsletter enrollment.
The book assistant
When available, the Stop the Bleed assistant sends your question and a limited recent conversation to OpenAI to find relevant book passages and generate an answer. It uses approved book materials, and its application suggestions are AI-generated. Do not enter names, confidential business records, employee information, or sensitive details.
This website keeps the conversation in temporary page memory and does not save chat transcripts to a database, browser storage, or application logs. Leaving, reloading, or starting a new conversation clears that page history. Answer requests disable OpenAI response storage; this does not remove the provider's separate abuse-monitoring retention, which is normally up to 30 days. See OpenAI's data controls.
Production usage controls keep temporary counters with a rotating pseudonymous IP identifier in the configured Redis service. They do not include questions or answers. Hosting services may separately process request metadata. The assistant does not send inquiries or enroll anyone in marketing.
Hosting and website use
This site's code does not install analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Fonts, images, and the book downloads are served with the website. The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access times for delivery and security. This application does not log inquiry bodies.
External destinations
RepForm, LinkedIn, Amazon, and source references have their own practices. RepForm accounts, fitness onboarding, pricing, and support are handled on its site, not through this consulting inquiry.
Share only what is needed
Keep the initial inquiry brief. Don't include confidential client records, employee information, passwords, or sensitive documents. Appropriate evidence and access can be agreed before an engagement.
