Consulting / Human + AI Workflow Design Sprint
Choose the work.
Define the next step.
Examine one recurring process, decide where improvement is worthwhile, and leave with a practical plan to test. A process change or software you already use may be the right answer.
A starting engagement for a business that needs a clearer direction before building.
What you receive
A map of the current work
Steps, inputs, tools, handoffs, delays, and the people responsible for them.
A proposed workflow
Process changes, existing software, and AI options compared against your goal and constraints.
A written pilot brief
Owners, review authority, prerequisites, measures, fallback, and a proceed, revise, or defer recommendation.
The brief makes decisions, responsibility, and unknowns visible.

Understand
You and the people doing the work walk through the current process and a real example.
Design
We compare options and define who does, reviews, and decides what.
Plan the pilot
We agree what needs to be true before testing, how to evaluate it, and when to change course.
Before you begin
Who is this for?
An owner or operating leader with one recurring process to improve, a sponsor who can make decisions, and access to the people and examples needed to understand the work.
What should the team bring?
A recent example, the steps involved, where work waits or gets redone, and the tools you use. We agree on appropriate access and team participation in the proposal.
Does this include implementation?
The sprint delivers a design and pilot brief. A build, production connection, or ongoing support has its own agreed scope. If your project is already defined, we can discuss implementation directly.
What are the fee and timing?
Scope, fee, and timing depend on the workflow and required participation. They are agreed in a written proposal before paid work begins.

Which workflow needs a better way forward?
Describe your business and the work that needs to improve. Start with a conversation about fit, then agree the deliverables, fee, and timing in writing.
