The journey
From frontline responsibility
to organizational change.

Vanderbilt University
Aaron's professional journey began in the U.S. Army as a combat medic, making critical decisions under pressure, managing limited resources, and helping teams respond when priorities mattered most.
After military service, he earned an MBA from Texas A&M and moved into nonprofit and corporate leadership. His experience includes managing large-scale operations, improving processes, and leading organizational change across multiple facilities at a Fortune 50 company.
That work exposed a recurring challenge: a business can have capable people and good technology while its structure, decisions, and handoffs still hold it back. Aaron completed a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University to deepen his understanding of how organizations learn, operate, and change.
Today, Dillingham Capital brings that background into consulting and implementation for small and midsize businesses. The work spans workflow automation, generative AI, and organizational alignment, with attention to the people who use and maintain each solution.
His product work includes RepForm AI. His writing includes Stop the Bleed, which applies a combat-medic perspective to business leadership, and The Human and AI Company, an executive paper on organizing people and AI around customer outcomes.
Dillingham Capital is an independent consulting practice.
